A little instructional video on how I make my "Green Smoothies". I usually throw in whatever I feel like at the time, some fruits and vegetables don't go great in the smoothie, but you'll learn by trial and error and your own tastes. (For example, green Bell Pepper doesn't sit in my stomach well, but might for others.)
