The Chairman Nigeria Governors Forum says the affluence life style of some governors in the country is not a luxury but must live life style because it is compulsory. Speaking on Wednesday night in Abuja after the Forum's meeting to address issues on the proposed thirty thousand naira minimum wage by the Nigeria labour union Abdulaziz Yari said the life style of the governors has nothing to do with the payment of minimum wage which is currently in the front burner of labour movement in Nigeria considering the state of the economy. You will recall RAMFAC, that fixed wages for the political class i.e the political office holders, pegged the salaries of a state governor at eight hundred and eighty nine thousand four hundred and twenty naira per month while his deputy earns eight hundred and forty four thousand, eight hundred and eighty six thousand naira every month.
