We're glad to have hosted such a prolific founder from the Berlin startup scene. 🙌🏽 Claude has gone through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship several times, through his experiences as a founder of Lieferheld/Delivery Hero and Tiger Facility Services/BOOK A TIGER.

When you ask him how he did it, he tells you that there is never a straight line from inception to success. Things will get tough! When that happens, the deciding factor which separates winners from companies that go out of business is the resilience of the organization and the people within. 🌾Claude will share some lessons learned about how to deal with adversity in the face of potential catastrophe.

Claude is co-founder and CEO of Tiger Facility Services (BOOK A TIGER), a digital facility services company, serving private and business clients in Germany and Switzerland. Since its launch in 2014, Tiger Facility Services has grown to more than 1’000 business customers as well as several thousand private household customers.

Prior to Tiger Facility Services, he co-founded Berlin-based Lieferheld/Delivery Hero in 2010 and served 4 years as Chief Product Officer for Delivery Hero, the world’s largest food-ordering network present in 40+ markets. Before Lieferheld, Claude spent 5 years as CEO of The NetCircle, a Shanghai-based web company that develops and operates large-scale community websites.

Next to being an entrepreneur, Claude is co-founder and partner at Cavalry Ventures, a Berlin early stage venture fund.
