Caterson Damon was invited along with several other talents among the new Gemini Music Studios recording artists and played live at an anniversary and upcoming compilation album or "In The Stratosphere" originally created and engineered by the mind of Derek "Berry Gordy" Schyvinck.
This song was originally written by Caterson Damon and his friend Brian Bass nearly a decade ago for the memory of his Grandmother who died of cancer in 1992 (You can find the actual video on here.)
Recently, this song (Lay You Down) has been re-recorded for the upcoming CD "Damon" due out this Summer of 2018.  The single for "Lay You Down" has been getting a lot of local radio play (B-side Flames of Tomorrow) and they asked to perform this song for "In The Stratosphere" 

This live rendition features a string section from the brilliant Professor Jeff Sauez.
