Here;s a short selection of clips taken at the Santa Parade, during the Starlight Pageant in Sendai, Miyagi, Japan. It's an annual event where, under the glare of thousands of tiny lights decorate the street's trees, many groups from students' bands to boy scouts and sports teams walk the concrete dressed as Santa.
