Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and the Republican led legislature is drawing the ire of farmers. Tractors, manure spreaders and people costumed as cows will be circling the state capitol in Madison on Saturday as a protest against a newly minted law stripping public workers of collective bargaining rights. The tractors roll at 10am and the rally starts at 11am. John Peck of Family Farm Defenders talks about the rally plans.
