Driving my Honda S2000 in Round 4 of the 2009 Redline Time Attack season at Nashville Superspeedway. I managed a best lap of 1:13.5 to take second place in Street RWD. Not a bad attempt for my first trip to Nashville, but I don't think I got the line down quite right. The track has a lot of elevation and pavement changes that lead to the fastest line not always being obvious. I was having trouble in the hairpins (first two turns after entering the infield) as the car was dropping too low in second if I took a tighter radius, but first generated too much wheel spin and required an extra shift. The compromise was to take a wider line and keep the speed up, but placing me on the wrong side of the track for the next turns.
