Bruh. 7 frame punisher into 43%? Fuckin tiiiiiight 

Sub zero's 123 is -8 on block, so I set him to do that string and then crouch block. I tried punishing 123  with scorp's 8 frame uppercut for like 20 minutes just to be sure that I don't suck and it's not possible to punish it with 8 frame moves. Scorp's standing 3 is 7 frames. So I wanted to see what kinda damage I could get off my 7 frame punish, and this is the best I got.

EDIT: You can get 44% if you end the combo with f4 leg takedown.
