Poor Nuts n' Blots. Usually this is where I'd say something encouraging like "This effect isn't as bad as everyone says it is" or "I don't see why this is the least popular effect" ... but I dunno about this one. I think its biggest problem is that it's the least flashy effect in the game. Even though it would be themed on an Engineer or robo hat, that still doesn't make it any more exciting. Still, I bet if you had a Nuts n' Bolts misc to go with an exciting hat with a robo-effect on it or something, it would be a nice clash.
