This is what we bought this week from the farmers market. The one we go to is the Alemany Farmers Market in San Francisco, CA. I am sure your farmers market will be a lot cheaper than ours since we are paying Bay Area prices (bubble prices) for our produce. I know the markets in Baltimore are way cheaper. ie. When we go to visit family all this priduce would probably cost between $30-$40. Certified organic. My total for today was $127. Normaly it is more like $100. Depending on what we are cooking.
Hope this helps,
Nini
Foods I am planning on cooking with my veggies are: (not including rices and pastas)

Stir fry veggies,
String beans, carrots, potatoe stew
Collard wraps
Baked potatoes,
steamed chard
almond milk
Vegetable risotto
Roasted cellery root and parsnicp soup or just as is.
