We were at our church's annual Christmas Party (2007) when I shot this. We have pinatas for every event-- even Christmas-- because the kids love them so much. Mia patiently watched the previous contender take her swings and then demurely strolled up to the plate. To the shock of all, she went from this cute little girl in a party dress to a LEFTY swinging homerun queen! What form! What a natural! And she isn't even left handed-- she was just doing like the girl in front of her had. Hmmm..... scholarship??
