This was at a recent fly-in. I wanted to do a launch and land on this flight but there was a lot of traffic around the lz. Once up I circled around but ended up having to abort several approaches due to others flying in front of me before I finally managed to land across the runway. When I finally did land I hand not seen the powered parachute coming in from my left, directly above the runway and I believe approaching to land. I apologize to whomever it was I blocked like that and lesson learned. Don't be that guy.
