Here's what you'll need: Ingredients- 3 cups of Walnuts 3 3/4 cups Sugar 1-2 tsp Cinnamon (to taste) 1 1/2 cups Water 2 tsp Lemon juice (fresh) 1 Package Fillo / Phyllo Dough (found in frozen section of store) 1 lb Butter (Unsalted preferred) Utensils- Food Processor (or some method of chopping walnuts) Pastry Brush (for spreading butter) Large Cookie Sheet Measuring Cup Measuring Spoons 2 Pots (1 for making syrup and 1 for melting butter) Wooden Spoon and Regular Spoon Medium sized Bowl A good appetite and an open mind!
