--Overall Comments--

Things change up a bit this year for the Equestria Girls franchise.  Instead of the usual movie, this year the series received three 22 minute specials.  This leads to about the same amount of content, just over three semi-connected episodes.

Song-wise we finally see where the song "Dance Magic" fits in, after it was previously released back on the Friendship Games soundtrack.  Other than that, there are no other new songs, and William Anderson's score is given the front seat musically for the next two specials.  The score itself goes through many different stylings, including more Indiana Jones parodies in "Movie Magic", and some more epic and bombastic score for the specials' finale, "Mirror Magic."

Overall, pretty much 3 episodes worth of music to get through today, so let's dive in!
