Build completed.  Trigger pins drilled incorrect.   MY FAULT.  Setup of the lower on the dill press is some what challenging and i got it wrong.  Oh well i learned something and it only cost $45  

Recommendation:
start with a drill bit small than 5/32"  the smaller bit will center better in the protruding guides.    IF i were to do an 80% again I would invest an aluminum receiver with a jig so drilling the holes wrong in next to impossible.
