We make our way to the next dungeon: Eagle's Tower. We obtain an item in this part: Secret Seashell #25: Enter the cave on the right side of the staircase that leads to Tal Tal Heights. When entered, you should see a little patch of land above, surrounded by water. Bomb the wall in front of that patch, and a new passage will be revealed. Make your way to the staircase, and go down a screen. There should be a bunch of Treasure Chests. Open them for Rupees. Exit through the bottom door, and open the Chest for a Secret Seashell. If you already have over 20 Secret Seashells, it will contain 20 Rupees.
