The U.S. House of Representatives voted Friday to approve a revised version of a controversial 700 billion dollar government rescue plan for the battered financial industry. The US Senate passed the measure earlier this week after House members rejected the original plan, causing the largest single-day point drop on Wall Street. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
