KX3 Acting Strange

This is a brand new KX3 built by Elecraft. On first power up and a second power up (toward the end of the video) it began behaving strangely. Button presses didn't do anything, it was beeping, and doing other odd things. I contacted Elecraft and they very quickly, with the help of this video, determined that the radio had been damaged in shipping. I recommend calling over email however emailing this video to them helped them make a quick determination of the problem. I discovered the problem on Saturday otherwise I would have called. I have 100% satisfaction with Elecraft and highly recommend them to anyone that is considering purchasing this radio.
