His primary role has been working for Clair, the world's largest professional touring company, where he's served as a front of house engineer and monitor engineer for the likes of Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and Peter Frampton. A career highlight also includes 2005 and 2010 tours with Paul McCartney, whose 1976 concert documentary served as Martin's original inspiration to pursue a career in live audio. "I think the people who are who are largely successful are those who keep learning. They keep absorbing new things, they want to grow professionally. I know that's what keeps me stimulated."
