Why do fully qualified drivers like to pull out in front of learner drivers? Not all cars displaying L plates have instructors and dual control pedals fitted. If the learner panics and presses the wrong pedal, whose fault will it be? Wouldn't it be safer to wait a few more seconds and go behind them?
