Description: This is a substantial 9.15 carat ring (Circa 1950's) featuring a large genuine Cabochon Brazilian fire opal set into solid 14kt white gold and surrounded by white diamonds. The Brazilian fire opal is 14.00 mm x 11.00 mm (fancy cabochon cut) and has a weight of 9.10 carats with Type 1 Clarity, meaning translucent with minor inclusions and exudes a deep golden honey color. There are 14 diamonds (.05 carats) set around the Brazilian fire opal and in the sides of the ring shank, these diamonds are graded at "G-H-I" color and "I1-I3" clarity. The ring measures 16.10 mm x 12.60 mm at the head and sits up 11.40 mm off the finger. The ring is a gorgeous art deco design with solid bridge-work under the head adding to the design.
