I spent a good chunk of Saturday and Sunday afternoon visiting open houses in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. If you visit enough opens, you'll run across a few where the agent can't be found. It happens when there are multiple units in a development, and a single agent. What's the best course of action? Wait? Come back later? It's all guesswork.
