4-5 pound of goat meat
3 red potatoes
1 roma tomato
1 small onion
1/2 tsp of All spice
1/4 cup of curry powder
1 tablespoon of Haitian spice
1 tablespoon of ketchup
4-5 bay leaves
4 sprig thyme 
3 clove garlic minced
carrots
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 cups of water
