--Overall Comments--

So we finally have a canon dealing with Scootaloo and her inability to fly, and it was fantastic!  This episode was surprisingly fun, with emotional parts at just the right moments.  The music was no different--plus, we got our first song of season 4!  This season is moving along nicely.

Everyone's favorite sarcastic deadpan British pony returns to announce a contest to the young fillies of Ponyville, coached by Rainbow Dash.  We start out with a title theme drop before we drop into Ms. Harshwhinny's staccato theme.  This quickly transitions into a rocking guitar part as Dash makes her entrance.  It could happen...Only on the Hub!  (Watch in 1080p!)
