Life has been changing a lot lately and making some weird twists and turns. But it can't go on like this forever. Eventually we have to take what it is that has come to us... and do something with it — no matter how much we do or do not like what has been thrown at us.

Yes, there comes a time to take the lemons of our lives... and turn them into lemonade. (Too much? Too cheesy?) That is what we are learning to do right now — and throughout this week.

We are learning to take everything that has happened to us lately and to turn it into something new and good that we think can be better for us.

I don't think this will be easy, though, of course. I think it will take lots of effort, time, and deliberation, and force us to confront some of inner demons. I do, think, however, that it is necessary. 

It's time to dial it back a notch with all these changes we are making and make some choices based on everything life has thrown at us. And not just make the choices — but also commit to them!

Doing so will help big time to bring new chapters into our lives. It will also help us to move past some uncomfortable feelings we may be experiencing now and make a way to better days.

So, stop letting life get the best of you. Stop being thrown around by the wind and by the demands of other people. Figure out what is important to you, and stick with it. Make the choices to incorporate it more into your life.
