Putting together a marching band show is an extremely complex process and takes numerous designers to make it happen. Now, try to imagine taking that show on the road. A marching band with 200+ teenagers, staff, parents, volunteers, and equipment across the country from California to Indianapolis. That's exactly what happened for Ayala and their trip to Bands of America Grand Nationals this year. We spoke with Ayala's ​Jim Rogers about how they made that happen and their show called Shattered.​
