Nelson Del Rio, '84, is the 2010 recipient of the UW's Charles E. Odegaard Award, an honor established in 1973 to recognize a member of the community whose leadership sustains former President Odegaard's distinguished work on behalf of diversity. Del Rio was presented with the award at the UW Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity's 40th Annual Celebration, May 19.
