A custody battle is brewing between a Kirkwood couple and a couple from California. A judge will decide who gets to keep two frozen embryos. Jennifer McLaughlin gave birth to twin girls in January. The kids were the product of frozen embryos she and her husband adopted from a San Francisco couple. They used two of the embryos for this pregnancy and saved two more for future use.
