Police drone finds missing OAP lost in woodland in Wiltshire

Wiltshire Police found the woman, who had been outside for more than five hours, in a wooded area in Corsham. A camera on the drone that can be viewed live by officers on the ground helped to guide them to the woman and save her. The search for the 83-year-old woman began just before 9pm on Saturday September 1. In a video released by police the drone can be seen hovering over the area directly above the woman as police officers make their way through trees towards her. Police said she was suffering with exhaustion and pain as a result of the cold weather.
