Essentially doing an isolation while your second hoop rides around on your wrist. FOCUS ON ISOLATING THE INNER HOOP AS QUICKLY AND AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE! Once you forget about that riding hoop and focus on the front isolation, things will come much more easily :D good luck!
