Fix for all Roms having this problem
Go to SuperSU app 
Settings menu 
Enable trust system User 
and enable grant permission during boot
Then put the phone on flight mode and wait for it to cool down.

If this doesn't work 
Try setting default access to grant 
Enable MultiUser access
