खुले में शौच मुक्त के सरकार के लक्ष्य को अधिकारी खासकर ग्राम प्रधान और ग्राम सचिव पलीता लगाने में जुटे हैं... अक्सर योजना में भ्रष्टाचार की ख़बरें आती रहती है... ताजा मामला अमेठी से उजागर हुआ है... जहां ब्लॉक संग्रामपुर के करौंदी गांव का प्रधान अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से लाभार्थियों के खाते में सीधे रुपये न पहुंचाकर खुद शौचालय का निर्माण करा रहा है... लाभार्थियों के मुताबिक उनको रुपये नहीं दिए जा रहे हैं... और ग्राम प्रधान जिन शौचालयों का निर्माण करा रहा है... उनकी क्वॉलिटी बेहद घटिया है... लिहाज़ा योजना के लिए आए रुपयों का घोलमाल हो रहा है... वहीं DPRO योजना को सही ठंग से चलाने की बात कर रहे हैं...
