This battle becomes available if Tamaki convinced Shiki in The Indifferent Prince and didn't defeat the Yoki in A Shocking Truth. It's a showdown against Setsuna, where Shiki will show up as reinforcements for Tamaki towards the end of the stage. Since it's just fighting Setsuna, he's a lot more focused on defeating you, but you have more allies to work with. Shiki will appear as reinforcements when Setsuna starts to move so just deal with enemies as they come and try to take over the bases to get him to come out. This ending is the exact same as the previous on on A Path to Rulership, only the characters show may be different depending on who you played the most.
