Haley Dyal is a 15 year old girl in Lebanon, Missouri that has Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Monday December 22, 2008 was declared "Haley Dyal Day" in Lebanon, by Mayor C.P. Craig. The day was to uplift Haley in Prayer. Unfortunatly Haley's family lost their home that morning.
