President Trump sent out a tweet Friday morning that appeared to confirm a Washington Post report that special counsel Robert Mueller is investigating him for obstruction on of justice. He also lashed out at Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller. Major Garrett reports.
