In response to a request from fightnightsfinest - here is a tutorial on what i am convinced is the way to go in terms of achieving the best quality for your gameplay videos. #IMPORTANT - RIGHT CLICK FILE AND SELECT PROPERTIES AND CLICK ON "DISABLE RESAMPLE" - neglected to mention this - sorry.
