In this tutorial I share some tips for preparing sketches in Adobe Photoshop. You will learn how to use shortcuts to rescale brushes, change your brush color as well as tips for layer management that will make your illustrations and drawings easy to work with in applications like After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Adobe InDesign. For my projects I am often creating drawings that will be taken into Final Cut Pro X or After Effects and animated but these tips are also useful for sketching in general.
