This unique and very efficient Mandoo-making machine was imported from Korea, and is the only one of its kind in Hawaii. 

Sharon is the Korean woman in charge of running the machine, and I'm the one asking her a few simple questions and shooting the video. 

See the "GGMEX-5000" Mandoo Machine (I made that name up) in action in this video, shot on Aloha Friday, August 6, 2010 at the new Grant's Grill Mandoo Express in Palama, Kalihi, near downtown Honolulu.
