Blushing Bride:1 ¾ oz. Buckeye Vodka1 oz. hibiscus syrup½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueurJuice from ½ lime4-5 dashes lemon bitters½ oz. brut sparkling wineCombine the vodka, syrup, lime juice, St. Germain and bitters in a shaker. Shake hard with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Pour the sparkling wine "float" on the top of the cocktail, and garnish with an edible flower and/or a lemon wheel.To make the hibiscus syrup, take two tsp. hibiscus powder and whisk into 1 ½ cups of simple syrup (Bring 1 ½ cups of water and 1 ½ cups of sugar to a simmer until sugar is completely dissolved - let cool).  Refrigerate.Ring Bearer:1.5 oz Buckeye Vodka2 oz fresh grapefruit juice1.5 oz fresh mango purée2 jalapeño slices (muddled)Combine ingredients in a shaker (muddle the jalapeno slice) shake vigorously with ice, strain into rocks glass over ice.  Garnish with edible flower or lime slice.Wedded Bliss:Juice of 1/2 lime1/2 oz lavender syrup1 oz white cranberry peach juice3 dashes cranberry bitters2oz Buckeye VodkaCombine ingredients in a shaker with ice and serve in a chilled martini glass with sugar coated rim.  Garnish with edible flower of choice.For lavender syrup, prepare simple syrup (1 cup water and 1 cup sugar brought to strong simmer until sugar is dissolved), remove from heat and place culinary lavender seeds into tea infuser (or similar) and allow to steep while cooling.  Refrigerate.Edible flowers:violets, orchids, lavender, rose, rosella, hibiscus, chamomile, calendula, jasmine, carnation, pansy, geranium, honeysuckle, lilac, marigold, orange blossom and dandelionsClick here for more on Buckeye Vodka.
