What's the future for America's workers?  If Republicans succeed in taking over the Congress, many  suggest cutting or eliminating minimum wage, slashing employee benefits, staving off union organizing.  A recent New York Times headline reports "Across the U.S., Long Recovery Looks Like Recession" and the job figures this month reported losses in public sector jobs and meager increase in private sector employment. So what's a nation to do in the current political climate?
