Town Hall Meeting on BNSF silos used to store Magnesium Chloride for making highway-grade road salt / ice melt.

The silos were installed in the stealth of night in the Fall of 2012 without notice.

The issue went to the courts and it was found that BNSF could use that land for whatever they wanted, despite residents concerns of fumes coming from the plant.
