Prepping for Thick Acrylic Practice

The title pretty much says everything. Putting the paints on an XL 97lb Mixed Media paper. And I’ll be practicing varnishing and thick acrylic techniques with “washable” acrylic paints. I wanted to see what honey, a little (or rather a lot) of olive oil, and sky-hi volume hair mouse would do with washable acrylics. Usually - these paints are too runny to try anything with, but I figured maybe trying some retarding/slow-dri/slow-dry ingredients would help. We shall see how long these paints will last in Southern Nevada - super dry weather!
