In today's brew vlog, you'll ride along with me on my first lagering experience. I've never brewed a lager since it's not typically what we drink but I'm trying to push myself to brew more difficult batches of beer. Decided to go full Bohemian Lager yeast with Czech Saaz as the hop with Pilsner malt and acid malt to get my ph lower on the mash side. I also built the water profile for this beer as our water here is far too hard for the style! Expect an update once it's fermented out! Thank you for the continued support!
