As we close out our road to San Francisco, we're going to be reviewing the top 10 decks for Worlds! 

Coming up at number 4, Water Toolbox is here to showcase its versatility!

Seismitoad EX is trying to end it's season with a bang. One of the most controversial and powerful cards ever to be printed is still making the rounds thanks to a more straightforward strategy. It's no longer the king of item locking, but with Max Elixir, Manaphy EX and Rough Seas, it now deals a lot of damage quite fast and becomes incredibly difficult to KO thanks to Fighting Fury Belt.

Accompanying Seismitoad EX are Glaceon EX, Regice EX and Articuno, all of which fit niche roles in the deck to power through and mess with opponent's game plans.
