I thought I did horrible this battle. I got -Grade and couldn't dodge some of the attacks.

Offense:
Keep moving around until you can attack only 1 Energy Stone.
If you're surrounded use Beast or Hunting Beast.
Attack Kvar from behind.

Dodging:
Use Tempest to escape from being surrounded.
Lightning - Backstep or run
Guardian Shield - Run
Spark Wave - Run

Defense:
You can't block any lightning attacks so I suggest using Guardian if you can't escape.
