As of 5pm today, Guam has been placed in Condition of Readiness 3. A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for Guam and Rota, as meteorologists monitor Tropical Depression 34W. It's intensifying and predicted to track south of Guam on Thanksgiving Day.
