YET ANOTHER #8441 DISASTER! This was the very first time this ISSUE came into my life and my business @ INTEGRITY AUTO BODY LLC. As the short video will show, at the time nobody at my shop or myself knew what was causing the problem; but me and this customer had figured that it had to coming from deep under the paint. This, like all of the others (1st time in the 14 years my restoration body shop had this strange issue) this was the very first filming of what we now know about a contaminated product I have been sold for over 14 months: #8441 2K (11+ year old) primer surface that was applied over bodywork and stripped to bare metal. Now I will either lose my business (42 exp) or be compensated for this by the seller of this un-time-stamped very old product that usually has a 2 to 4 year shelf life. Napa rotates this product about every 2 to 3 years and time stamp each can to know when it needs to be tossed away; but they sell so much product that it's not a common issue for them.
