Sabudana Khichdi Recipe :-

Sabudana - 1 Cup, Soak in water for 1 hour, strain and keep it for 1 more hour
Sliced Potato - 1 Medium Size
Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger Grated - 1 inch
Sendha Namak (Mountain Salt) - As per taste
Green Chillies - 2/3
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
