If you don't see a truck on the list or there is no driver associated with that truck, it's up for grabs!

some rules are pending, but here's what to know:
1. record/send your clips in 720p resolution.
2. the in game HUD must be turned off for use in the video.
3. runs should not be much more than 2 minutes long.
4. if the truck rolls over, you have 1 second to try to right it before the engine is to be turned off.
5. send your clips to [email protected].
6. clips should be somewhat realistic. (No flying into crowd/flipping over and getting back on the wheels 13 times, etc.)
7. No HUD should be used and player shouldn't modify clip with editing software in any way besides Cropping
8. In the email containing their clips, we need a Name the player would like to go by or their real name for display if they'd like.

FAQ:
QUESTIONS:
1: what track?
2: can i use older versions of the mod (old dev group version)?
3: is there a time limit? if so, is it the old or new style (90s + 30s bonus or just a flat 120s?)
4: can you try to drive on the roof to right yourself, or does the truck get shut down after a second or two of being upside down?
5: if the suspension dies, do i need to stop the truck to simulate real track safety, or can i keep going until the truck is on fire and is broken to 10 different places across the map?
6: can i add my own obstacles, or does the track need to stay stock?
7: can i submit more than one performance of different trucks?

ANSWERS:
1) Mega FS of Doom and/or World Finals 16
2) You can use whatever version of the mod you prefer!
3) For large stadiums, we use a flat 120 second timer starting when you touch your first obstacle
4) Great question! Where most of our trucks aren't REAL trucks, we are currently in a sort of "Unofficial" league. We are definitely going to implement the rooftop rule once we get a few more truck packs and/or CRD 2.0, but for now we have a 1 second policy. From the time the roof touches the ground the truck is given a chance to roll back over, but if it remains over for more than one second the engine is killed and the run is over.
5) So while we DO have regulations of HOW much you can break, those regs are REALLY chill. Basically, break as much as you want until the truck becomes a legitimate hazard - that's when we kill it.
6) You can choose your own obstacles if desired.
7) So, we do like this idea... but not for the World Finals (to keep things fair). Feel free to send us up to 3 clips of different runs in different trucks on Mega FS of Doom and we will include ALL of em!
