From being a national level table tennis player, to being an auditor, to being a coach to students of Taxation, Financial Management and Cost & Management Accounting, Hemant K. Gaur is the founder of TAC Educate, an organisation for alternate learning.

A person of diverse interests, he has been a keen learner of Developmental Psychology, Philosophy, Ayurveda and Yogic Sciences. The heterogeneity of his experiences brought to his notice the issue of “Mechanisation of the Human Brain” in our daily activities. He thus incorporated “Critical Thinking” and “Intuitive Mindset” evenly into his sessions to address over 1.4 lac professionals, students, teachers, doctors, school principals and educationists.

Using anecdotes from our immediate lives, the speaker has used his storytelling capabilities to clearly highlight:

• How mechanical living has made lives un"bliss"ful
• Glorification of the word “BUSY” 
• Why majority of human population is fidgeting 24*7
• Why India has a SAD Happiness Index 
• Reduced human sensitivity , increased intolerance and the reasons of war
• Differences between the left and the right hemispheres of the human brain.

He believes that “Human Consciousness “ can be raised by shifting the excessive emphasis from the “strategic & masculine” or the left side of the brain to the under-rated “all-embracing feminine” or the right one , the possibilities of which have been largely ignored.
